Happy Friday! Today is our 7th blogoversary! We started Three Chatty Cats back on January 20, 2016. I can’t believe it’s already been seven years. It’s been a fun ride, and it’s not over yet. Thanks for following along on our blogging journey. Continue reading “Chatty Cats: 7th Blogoversary”

Chatty Cats: Crunchy Goodness
Happy Friday! Another wet week here – and we’re expecting more rain this weekend. I think that means I should stay in with a good book and a cat at my side. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Crunchy Goodness”
Chatty Cats: Return to Sender
Happy Friday and Happy New Year! I hope the first week of 2023 has treated you well. It’s been a cold and rainy week here in Southern California (like the rest of the West Coast). The colder weather means lots of kitty cuddles. Hoping you have a wonderful and cuddle-filled weekend! Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Return to Sender”
Chatty Cats: Copycat
Happy Friday! I can’t believe that 2023 is two days away. This year seemed both short and long, know what I mean? I want to use this last post of 2022 to introduce a new family member – Guster! We decided much earlier in the year that we would adopt a dog (or puppy) in the month of December because Ross has a couple of weeks off from work and could work with him on training. Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Copycat”
Chatty Cats: Camper Battle
Happy Friday! Only two more sleeps until Santa! Woodrow wants to be sure you’re aware of that. He can hardly contain himself. We hope everyone has a nice, warm and cozy Christmas. And if you don’t celebrate, then we hope you have a nice, warm and cozy weekend! Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Camper Battle”
Chatty Cats: Menuless Breakfast
Hello! I wanted to start by thanking everyone for their kind words about Harley. And thank you to those who made beautiful graphics, to those who donated in Harley’s name, and to those who sent cards in the mail. Harley was loved by many and knowing that has been so comforting. Many have asked how the cats are doing. Dexter, Olive and Sophie are fine. For a while, Woodrow was pretty clingy, always wanting to be near and also sleeping curled up in the crook of my arm all night. He’s doing better now. We’re all settling in (whether we want to or not) to our new normal. Again, thank you for all the love and kind words. Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Menuless Breakfast”
Chatty Cats: One Last Chat with Harley
Harley: Mama, listen up! And take some notes.
Mama: ∗Grabs notebook∗ Ready!
Harley: Tell Sophie her purse is in the garage in the closet under the stairs behind the Christmas decorations in a box marked Donations. Continue reading “Chatty Cats: One Last Chat with Harley”
Chatty Cats: Harley’s Complaint
Happy Friday! Unfortunately, it’s been a rough week here for Mr. Harley. He hasn’t been eating well (he’s been on an appetite stimulant for a couple of years). So, a trip to the vet was in order yesterday. His white blood cell count was really high, so we’re treating him for an infection for now, and we’ll do a recheck next week. He’s currently on several meds (long-term) and now we’ve added a couple more until next week. He’s a champ, though, and everyone knows he’s still the senior cat in charge.
We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! Continue reading “Chatty Cats: Harley’s Complaint”
Chatty Cats: Thankful
Happy Friday! We hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving here in the US yesterday. Have you recovered from seconds yet? We had a very yummy dinner with the Cat Dad’s folks. We also want to let readers know how thankful we are for you. Your comments, kind words and love for the cats mean everything to us. So, thank you for being you! Chatty Cats: Asked and Answered
Happy Friday! Last weekend I attended the Costa Mesa Cat Extravaganza that was put on by LCWW Group (Loving Cats Worldwide). While it was a cat show with judges, there were also a lot of fun vendor booths – and lots of cats available for adoption! It was a nice little cat show and I was happy to see cats being adopted.
Here’s what my cats were up to this week. We hope you have a wonderful weekend!
