Three Chatty Cats has worked with our friends over at Smiling Paws Pets on multiple product reviews. We have several of their litter mats throughout our house, their pet carrier and also their pet cube/bed. So, when they reached out to us to ask if we’d be interested in checking out the newly redesigned Expandable Soft-Sided Pet Carrier – we said of course! This past Saturday I attended America’s Family Pet Expo, which is an annual event that takes place at the Orange County Fair Grounds in Southern California. Described as the world’s largest pet and pet products expo, they have everything from adoptable pets and a cat show to pet products and entertainment. I haven’t seen this year’s figures yet, but last year over 50,000 people attended the three-day expo and there are usually hundreds of adoptions each year – including cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles and more!
It was perfect weather for the expo, which takes place both indoors and outdoors throughout the fairgrounds. Here are some of the things I saw this year.
Warmth is a wonderful feeling. And even though the Three Chatty Cats household is in sunny Southern California, there are still times in the cooler months where I can tell the cats are cold. They’re either curled up tight in a cat cave bed or they’re cuddled up to each other for warmth. So, when Art of Paws offered us their Heated Pet Mat to review, the cats were quite excited!
Today, we not only share our review of the Heated Pet Mat, but we also have a giveaway and discount code for readers! Continue reading “Art of Paws’ Heated Pet Mat (with giveaway)”
Some cat owners may not be familiar with the term whisker stress, a.k.a whisker fatigue, but it does exist and your cat may be experiencing it. Whisker stress can occur when your cat eats from its food dish that is a typical pet food bowl – one with high sides – and their whiskers touch the edge of the bowl while eating.
Remember, your cat’s whiskers are very sensitive touch receptors, and they are a sensory tool for your cat, helping it navigate their world and surroundings.
To eliminate whisker stress, it is a good idea to feed your cat from a shallow dish, so their whiskers do not touch the sides of the bowl while eating. If you want to relieve your cat’s whisker stress (and who wouldn’t want to do that), why not do it in style?
Today we are giving away a beautiful and classy Whisker Stress Free Cat Feeder from Trendy Pet!
