Dexter Nabs a Treat #ChewyInfluencer

Whoops! We’re a little late in posting our March review of the item we received from Chewy.com. We blinked, and before we knew it, April had arrived. Does anyone else feel like March just flew by?

Anyway, Dexter would like to share with you how much he and his sisters loved the Nature’s Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers for Cats (rabbit flavor) that they got to try. And stay tuned until the end of the post to enter our giveaway!

As part of the Chewy Blogger Influencer program, we received this product free of charge from Chewy.com in exchange for an honest review. All opinions stated here are our own. Three Chatty Cats only shares information we feel would be relevant to readers.

Nature’s Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers for Cats

Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers for Cats

This isn’t the first time Dexter has tried the raw boost mixers. He’s had the chicken flavor before and yummed those up, so I had a good idea that he’d like the rabbit flavor, too. The pieces are all natural, grain-free and freeze-dried. While I personally don’t use the mixers to top their dry food, as Nature’s Valley suggests, instead I give them to the cats as treats – which all three love!

The Cats Dig In

Dexter is shy, but always a gentleman. So, he requested that I show you the ladies first enjoying the Nature’s Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers.

Olive was first up, much to Sophie’s disappointment. Sophie had to be locked out of the room, as she was so eager to get at them!

Finally, after dainty Olive finished, I left Sophie in. She scarfed them up!

Looks like the food topper passed the taste-testing from both Olive and Sophie. Now, let’s check in with Dexter.

  1. Such a polite boy that Dexter! ;-) I *wish* my resident cats liked healthier treats like these but both seem to have something against the freeze dried texture. They won’t touch them.

  2. Would love to try this with my cat. He is prone to urinary crystals so feeding him raw is really good because of the added moisture. Haven’t tried this one yet!

  3. Would like to try these for my cats. My baby girl really loves treats and I would love to offer her something healthier for her.

  4. My 3 cats would enjoy these. Usually it is the dogs that get special treats it is about time they got something.

  5. I had my doubts about the chicken flavor (mainly because they’re freeze dried), but Bear LOVED them. LOVED. I’ve never fed him more exotic sources of protein … but I bet he’d love these too! Your pictures are always beautiful. Of course, you’ve got three amazing models … but your pictures really take the treats ;)

  6. Hiya Chatty Cats, those treats sure looked nom’a’licious! Just a shame we can’t get them in the UK :(

  7. We haven’t tried that brand yet but my two, Joy and Houdini, usually come running from the opposite side of the house when I shake the treat bag. I’m sure they’d love the opportunity to try a new treat.

Any thoughts to share?
